Property Rental Prices for Winter 2009/Spring 2010 

We are pleased to offer a large selection of both long and short term accommodation for rental in the Orihuela Costa Region of the Costa Blanca, Spain.

Long Term rental prices 2009/2010 - Recession Busting Prices!!!

1 Bed Property                         From 250€ per month.
2 Bed Property                         From 350€ per month.
3 Bed Property                         From 450€ per month.

Long Term Rentals cover any bookings for over 3 months and up to 11 months.  One months rental and one months deposit to enter.
An allowance can be included in the rental prices for utility bills or they can be paid seperately.

Short Term rental prices 2009/2010 - Reduced Pricing due to recession.

100€ - 200€ deposit required on most bookings to secure.  Balance payable in resort on arrival.

All short term rental prices exclude the cost of the afterclean on departure 30€ for a 1 bed, 50€ for a 2 bed and 70€ for a 3 bed property but do include  a basic welcome pack on arrival. All properties are fully furnished with air conditioning, sat tv and communal pool.
